Mutton Soup Recipe: A Nourishing Delight

Ingredients:
- 500g mutton (bone-in for added flavor)
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 2-3 cardamom pods
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or ghee
- 1.5 liters of water
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Cooking Instructions:
- Preparation
- Rinse the mutton pieces thoroughly and set them aside
- Chop all vegetables and keep them ready
- Sautéing the Spices and Vegetables:
