Ingredients

  • 250g Cheese or Spinach Tortellini
  • 200g Fresh Mushrooms  sliced
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Garlic Cloves  finely chopped
  • 1 Cup Low-Fat Milk
  • 2 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
  • Salt  to taste
  • Fresh Parsley finely chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Tortellini:

  2. Prepare the Mushrooms:
